Unos 1.200 estilistas de Perú buscarán romper el récord Guinness de corte de pelo en menos de cinco minutos, que lo tiene Japón desde 2008, el próximo 29 en Lima, informaron este jueves a Efe los organizadores del evento.
El objetivo es superar a los estilistas japoneses que, en la ciudad de Yokohama, lograron el récord Guinness con un masivo corte en simultáneo realizado por 1.156 estilistas.
Para esta actividad, Hanna Caball, organizadora del evento, ha capacitado a 1.200 estilistas de las regiones de Cuzco, Arequipa, Tacna, La Libertad, Lambayeque, Junín, Piura y Lima.
"Empezamos en marzo con el entrenamiento. La idea es que estén totalmente capacitados para cortar, por tipo de cabello y estilo, entre dos y tres minutos", dijo Caball en entrevista con Efe.
"Los cabellos largos serán donados para la confección de pelucas para los pacientes del Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas", dijo la organizadora.
El resto de cabello será donado al Ministerio del Ambiente para ser convertido en abono natural y "contribuir así con las comunidades andinas", dedicadas a la agricultura, expresó Caball.
Caball es colorista y asesora internacional dedicada al rubro de la belleza y estética, ganadora de los Guinness World Records 2010 y 2011 en tinte, y embajadora de la belleza de la Marca Perú.
El evento contará con la presencia del juez y representante oficial del Guinness World Records, Ralph Hannah.
